Kol HaToshav’s mission is to strengthen civic engagement by empowering residents to actively participate in municipal decision-making, promoting transparency, accountability, and social inclusion. We aim to build stronger communities through education, advocacy, and collaborative programs that amplify citizen voices and enhance local governance.
